Official letter 95765/CT-TTHT 2019 about dependant registration for personal income tax as follows:
In case The taxpayers register deduction for dependants according to the regulation at point d, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No 111/2013/TT-BTC, document of the dependants must be completed as guided at point g, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No 111/2013/TT-BTC of The Minitry of Finance. In case the taxpayers declare the dependants who having no income or average monthly income of the year from all the sources does not exceed over 01 million (VNĐ), the taxpayers have to commit and be responsibility for the accuracy of dependant information.Official letter 95765/CT-TTHT 2019 about dependant registration for personal income tax as follows:
